Health and Safety Statement
As the Company Director of Proof It Solutions Ltd, I have the overall responsibility and liability to ensure that the company requirements concerning health and safety at work are understood and adhered to by all company personnel.
All employees will be appropriately trained to complete the tasks that they are likely to undertake and to identify any potential risks in their work environment. They will never be asked to perform any task that is likely to cause risk to their health and/or safety.
The people at Proof It Solutions Ltd are our most valuable asset and central to ensuring all our activities are managed safely. All employees will be made aware of their legal duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 which include:
- To take reasonable care of your own health and safety and others who may be affected by what you do, or do not do
- To cooperate with your managers around health and safety
- To use the correct equipment provided by your employer including any personal protective equipment in accordance with the correct training and instructions
- To not interfere with, or misuse anything provided for health and safety and welfare purposes
The company will take full account of the impact of our operations on health, safety and welfare. I will provide the required time and resources to protect any persons affected by our operations.
Proof It Solutions Ltd is bound by law to undertake suitable risk assessments in the workplace. As far as is reasonable, we will take any and all steps to control foreseeable hazards or risks of harm. We will also regularly monitor operational processes, identify any gaps and adopt all opportunities to improve our health and safety performance. I am committed to ensuring compliance across company operations with all applicable health and safety legal requirements and standards.
