We had a hornets’ nest in the roof of our office and needed it dealt with quickly. The service was excellent from start to finish – professional, prompt, and reassuring throughout. The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and removed the nest safely with no disruption to our workday. They even checked thoroughly to ensure no hornets were left behind. Great Service! Phoned up, was at the house within a couple of hours at the time promised, and dealt with an awkwardly positioned wasps nest quickly and efficiently. No sign of them since. Tidy, polite, punctual! Would definitely recommend.

Elias came out within an hour and a half as promised. Such a nice bloke. He sorted the wasp's nest very effectively and explained how the poison would work. I'd been going to and fro between East Herts Council and Hertfordshire County Council about who was responsible and just had to abort as HCC said they would probably take about 20 days to get back to me. Even then it was highly unlikely they'd do anything. So, it was fully resolved in a couple of hours at a really decent price. Good job and thanks Elias. Hope your knee gets better!
