Our Process

First we will arrange a phone call with you to discuss your concerns and recommend the best course of action. If you are happy to proceed, we will work with you to find a suitable access time. After our initial visit we will provide a written report stating any treatments carried out, location and safety information regarding any chemicals used, and any advice or recommendations for more permanent solutions, if required. Our technicians carry photo ID cards and always show these before entering the site. Our technicians are required to wear the company uniform, and our vehicles are unmarked so we can provide a discreet service to our clients.

Regular Visit Contracts

Prevention is better than cure, so we offer contracts for regular site visits to commercial sites. This will allow our technician to identify any early signs of pest problems before they are able to take route. Our technician will conduct regular full site inspections and complete thorough reports outlining any pest issues and treatment needs.
